VALUES.
ARTISTIC Values
I am compelled by art that stretches our minds, delights our imagination, and opens our hearts. I'm inspired by theatre that challenges assumptions and invites us to look at ourselves and others in a new light. I love stories that illuminate the past and in doing so teach us about the present. I believe my role as an artist is humanist, truth-seeker, consciousness-raiser and community-builder.
I believe that theatre, like so many art forms has the power to heal, connect, and transform individuals and communities. In this time of growing division, despair, and isolation, the theatre is a sacred gathering space where we choose to join our neighbors from all walks of life to share and listen to stories, and observe our humanity on display...
